How do I place an order?

Simply add items to your cart and proceed through our secure Shopify checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

How do I check my order status?

You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information

You can also log into your account to view order status.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us and we’ll resend your confirmation.

Do you offer bulk or fleet discounts?

Yes, we may offer discounts for bulk, commercial, or fleet orders. Contact us directly to discuss pricing.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items in original packaging within 90 days of delivery (unless otherwise stated).

Return conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original clean packaging intact
  • No installation signs or damage

Return shipping costs may apply.

Are there non-returnable items?

Yes. The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Special order items
  • Custom or built-to-order products
  • Installed or used parts
  • Clearance items

How do I start a return?

Log in to your VanHouz account and initiate a return from your order history.

If ordered as a guest please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

How do I confirm fitment for my van?

Each product page lists compatible years and models.

For best results, provide:

  • Model year
  • Wheelbase (144 / 170 / 170 EXT)
  • Roof height (Standard / High Roof)
  • 2WD or 4x4

Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?

We carry high-quality aftermarket parts and select OEM-equivalent products. Each listing clearly states product specifications and materials.

Do you offer installation instructions?

Most products do not include installation instructions. If instructions are not included in the package, they may be available online. Contact us if you need assistance.

Do you offer installation services?

Vanhouz is an online parts retailer. We do not provide installation services, but we recommend working with a professional installer if you’re not comfortable installing parts yourself.

Are your products in stock?

Product availability is listed on each product page. Our inventory is updated several times per day and is accurate.

Do you offer warranties?

Most products include a two year manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand and product type. Please refer to the individual product page or contact us for details.

Do I need to provide my VIN?

For certain parts (especially drivetrain, suspension, or electronic components), we may request your VIN to verify compatibility.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time but we do plan on offering international shipping in the near future.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Your location
  • Carrier delays

Typical processing time: 1 business day

Transit time: 1–7 business days depending on chosen shipping method

Freight items may take longer.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited options are available at checkout for eligible products. Next business day delivery orders must be placed before 1pm Mountain time. Next business day delivery does not include Saturday and Sunday. Oversized or freight items may not qualify.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer several shipping methods.

  • Economy (slower $4.99-$7.50)
  • FedEx Ground ($12.99 faster)
  • Next Business Day ($29 Fastest)

Do you ship oversized or freight items?

Yes. Larger items (bumpers, racks, panels, etc.) may ship via freight carrier.

You will be contacted to schedule delivery if required. Standard posted shipping rates to not apply to LTL shipments.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately
  2. Keep all packaging
  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We’ll assist with a claim and replacement.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What now?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it hasn’t moved after several days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
