90-Day Return Policy

Most new, unused items may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
  • All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included.
  • Products must be in resellable condition.

How to Request a Return Authorization (RA)

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before being shipped back. Items sent without authorization may be refused.

To request an RA through your Vanhouz account:

  1. Log into your account at Vanhouz.com.
  2. Navigate to your Order History.
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Click Request Return (if eligible).
  5. Provide the reason for your return and submit your request.
  6. Once approved, you will receive your RA number and return instructions via email.

If you checked out as a guest or need assistance, please contact our support team with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow several business days for processing.

Two-Year Money-Back Replacement Warranty

Parts in our catalog are backed by our two-year money-back replacement warranty.

No gimmicks. No store credit. If your part fails within two years, purchase a replacement from Vanhouz.com and we will issue a refund to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal) once your warranty claim is approved.

How Warranty Claims Work

  1. Place a new replacement order through Vanhouz.com.
  2. Return the failed part within 90 days.
  3. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  4. A replacement order must be placed with Vanhouz. No exceptions.
  5. No refund will be issued unless a replacement order has been placed.

Wear Items

Wear items are covered for two years against manufacturer defects only. Wear items that have reached the end of their normal service life or show signs of abuse are not covered.

Wear items include: brake pads, brake rotors, wiper blades, and clutches.

Installation Requirements

  • A/C Compressors: Must be installed with a new dryer. A repair invoice showing the system was properly evacuated and charged must be submitted with the claim.
  • Power Steering Racks & Pumps: Must include proof of system flush and power steering filter replacement (if applicable). Proof of purchase for at least two liters of power steering fluid and a filter is sufficient.

Warranty Exclusions & Additional Terms

  • Products that have been modified, improperly installed, or damaged during installation.
  • Stripped threads, snapped studs, or installation-related damage.
  • Cosmetic issues such as surface rust, fading, water damage, or heat damage.
  • Shipping costs both ways are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Prices are subject to change. Refunds will be issued for the lowest amount originally paid.
  • Warranty applies only to parts purchased from Vanhouz.com.
  • Labor costs are not reimbursed under any circumstances.
